- The Guide must click the guide login using the username and password sent to their respective Guides email address assigned by the Centre for Distance Education
- The Guide can also view the student details by clicking the Student details button
- The Guide must choose Accept or Decline for each student. The student will check through the online CDE web portal regarding the Acceptance or Decline
- The guides are authorized to make changes in the proposal online and also validate the proposal online
- After the guide validates/approves the proposal online, the student can download the pdf format of the approved project proposal by going to his login. The student should take a printout of the same and get the signature of the guide
